This two hour workshop is for you if you struggle to sleep soundly.
I will be giving some simple tips on how to get better sleep and explaining why they work.
Sleep is one of the fundamentals of health. It is when our bodies recover from the damage caused just by living. Not only do we struggle through each day when we don't get enough sleep, but long term insomnia can put us at greater risk of health issues such as low immunity, diabetes, fibromyalgia and even cancer. So if you have sleep problems and you need some good advice, come along!
